Flow from order to delivery
Step 1. Contact us using the inquiry form or LINE
Once you have decided on the wearing date, please use the inquiry form below or LINE to fill in the required items and contact us. We will get back to you within a few business days.
Step 2. Hearing / Quotation
We will hear from customers and teachers about the desired design and color scheme of the costume, and create a quotation.
Step 3. Deposit
Please transfer to the designated account.
Please note that the handling fee will be borne by the customer.
* Currently, only bank transfer is available.
Step 4. Size measurement
After confirming payment, we will measure your size.
For those who are far away, we will send you a size chart, so parents or teachers should measure it and contact us by email or line.
Step 5. Costume production
We will start making costumes.
For the production process, please refer to the process until the costume is made .
Handed over to the customer
After the costume is completed, it will be delivered to the customer by mail.
Since it is easy to wrinkle, please hang it on a hanger and store it after the costume arrives.
