Handed over to the customer
After the costume is completed, it will be delivered to the customer by mail.
Since it is easy to wrinkle, please hang it on a hanger and store it after the costume arrives.

We will start making costumes.

Step 4. Size measurement
After confirming payment, we will measure your size.
For those who are far away, we will send you a size chart, so parents or teachers should measure it and contact us by email or line.

Please transfer to the designated account.

Q. How long is the delivery date?
Delivery time is about 2 months from order.
You can order up to 1 month before the date of wearing, but a limited express fee will be charged.
Q. How much is your budget?
Please contact us once as it will change depending on your age and order details.
Q. What is the payment method?
Currently, we only accept bank transfers.
Q. Is it possible to adjust the size when my height grows or my body shape changes?
For items ordered by us, please contact us regarding the growth period at the time of ordering.
We cannot adjust the size of costumes made elsewhere.
Q. Can you arrange the costumes you have?
Basically, we do not modify costumes made elsewhere, but we will consult with you after seeing the costumes.
Q. I live far away, can you please?
We accept orders from all over the country.
If you are far away, we will perform temporary sewing and confirmation by video call.
In addition, if you wish to have face-to-face consultation or temporary sewing, you may be charged a separate transportation fee.
Q. Do you rent or sell ready-made costumes?
We do not currently handle rental or sale of existing costumes.
Q. Do you sell only hair accessories?
We sell it, but since it is also made to order, please contact us using the inquiry form.
